- Quote within 1 working day, including materials. The amount is a guide price.
- The work: on the agreed date, tidy, with consultation on choices.
- Handover: work checked, guarantee certificate, invoice via the customer portal.
Rates: clear and fair
Homeowners get a quote up front. The amount is a guide price: on site it can turn out differently, and I only do extra work after you agree. Small jobs are charged at the hourly rate.
- For jobs of more than 2 hours: always a quote up front.
- For small repairs (less than 2 hours): hourly rate with a materials specification.
- For large projects: fixed total price, payment plan possible.
- Materials: charged according to the specification agreed beforehand.
- Any extra work: only after you agree, with the price stated.

Questions about jobs at home
How quickly can you come?
I reply to quote requests within 1 working day. The job can usually be scheduled within 1 to 2 weeks. For urgent jobs (a fault, no power) I'm available 24/7, across the Netherlands.
Do you give a guarantee?
Yes. All my work comes with a 2-year guarantee. If the same problem comes back within that period, I come back free of charge.
What is a NEN 1010 certificate and do I need one?
NEN 1010 is the Dutch standard for electrical installations. With new or replaced installations you get a handover file and certificate, important for your insurance and when selling your home.
Can I pay in instalments?
For larger projects I can agree a payment plan. As standard you pay afterwards via iDEAL | Wero in the customer portal. For certainty on large projects: 50% at the start, 50% at handover.
Will you work with my contractor?
Yes. I'm used to working as part of building teams. Providing a building drawing or specification speeds up the process.
What if I want extra work during the job?
No problem. I discuss extra work beforehand, with the price. I don't carry out anything without your agreement.
Is my current installation still safe?
I strongly recommend having installations older than 25 years or without RCD protection inspected. I also do a NEN 3140 inspection for homeowners, especially useful when buying a home or doing a major renovation.
What area do you cover?
I'm based in Ulestraten. For planned projects and faults I travel across the whole of the Netherlands. In Limburg I'm at your door quickest.
