How I refer a friend
Share your link or page
Your personal link, your code and a QR code are in your customer portal and the app. Share them with one tap via WhatsApp, email or text. You can also make your own page with your story and photos of your job.
Your friend requests a quote
Through your link or page it is linked automatically. If your friend mentions your code, I link it too. In your portal you can see how far it has got: requested, quote, customer, rewarded. Only the first name, nothing else about your friend.
You both get credit
As soon as your friend pays the first invoice, you get €25 and your friend €25. You will get an email about it.
Saving and using points
You collect 0.1 point per euro you pay, excluding VAT. A €2500 job gives 250 points, that is €25.00. One point is worth 10 cents. While an accepted quote is not yet paid, you see the points as "on the way".
You set points off yourself in your portal or the app: choose an open invoice and the amount comes off straight away. You can also reserve points for a quote or for your next invoice, or switch on automatic set-off. Up to 50% of an invoice can be paid with points.
On paper it is done properly: the discount goes on a credit note with your invoice, with the VAT correct. You do not have to pay anything in advance or claim anything back.
Bronze, silver and gold
The more you take part, the higher your level. You reach a level with friends who became customers, or with your own paid jobs of the last 24 months. Whichever comes first counts.

What is a point worth?
One point is worth 10 cents, so 100 points is €10.00.
Do I need to sign up?
No. With an account in the customer portal you collect points automatically. If you do not have an account yet, the points are waiting for you as soon as you log in.
How do I use my points?
In the portal or the app under Points and friends: choose an open invoice and the amount comes off straight away. You can also switch on automatic set-off.
Can I have points paid out?
No, points are a discount on an invoice. They cannot be paid out in money.
Do my points expire?
No, points stay until you use them.
When does a referral count?
When your friend is new to me and pays the first invoice. Family at the same address or a second account of your own does not count; that is fair for everyone.
What does my friend see of me, and I of my friend?
Your friend sees your first name and what you put on your page yourself. You only see your friend’s first name and how far it has got. Nothing else.
What can I put on my own page?
Your own words about the work, a quote, your rating and photos of your job. No advertising, links, phone numbers or rude words. I check every page before it goes online.

Is your fuse box ready for winter?
